About items

On this Website, there are many rare "only 1" items.
We share an item's inventory with several locations.
Therefore, there could be a case we might not be able to supply the item you ordered if we have received the order simultaneously on the same item.
Please be noted.

About condition of items

We have a variety of items with condition of new to used.
For tht reason, we have a description on items with photos and information.
We consider customers to purchase items with agreement on its condition.
We appreciate your purchase with understanding of the nature of used items.

About inquiry on items

※Limited to products with a selling price of over 50,000 yen (tax included).
※Because of the reason for managing items, no inquiry by phone is requested.
We answer questions one by one. We appreciate your understanding.
※For inquiry we need to check with specific department, usually we need 1 to 3 days to answer.
Depends on the content of inquiry, we might need more time. Please be noted.
※Because we process shipment soon after receiving the order (timing of shipent may differ from each order), we appreciate your inquiry before order.

About checking actual items

We are doing service which customers can check the actual listed items at our stores.
If you wish, please make a reservation from "Try in the shop" button at the item's page.
※Limited to products with a selling price of over 50,000 yen (tax included).

About item size

Please check the item size at the item's page
Basically we don't accept the resizing or the request for the measurement of size other than notated sizes.
However, if there is obvious size difference, we will handle that.

About item's accessories

Because of the used items, there could be some cases of items missing some accessories, like for example, ink ribbon or extra belts.
Usually accessories are on the item's photos or description. Please check carfully.

About orders

About the change on orders

※For the smooth shipment for your order, please be advised that we don't accept the change or cancellation on the order after our confirmation email of shipment.

We don't do the combine shipping for the additional orders.

<Change of payment method>

You can't change the payment method during the order.
※Only in case of registered credit card being declined, we would ask for changing the payment method.

<About the cancellation for the ordered items>

After you completeing your order but before us sending the shipment notification, we can accept the cancellation.Please write the subject as follows, and write the following information in the text of email, and send it to here.

※The request for change of shipping address after items being shipped, please contact shipping company.

About return・exchange

■About the return by customer's convenience

Please understand we don't accept the return for customer's own reason like "different from my image", "order mistake", and so on.

■About the return by store's convenience or defect

If there is any defect on items or difference from your order, we will accept return・exchange.
We are managing the shipment with extreme care, but if your order items are one of the following,
please contact us in 10 days after receiving the item. We will handle as soon as possible with our sincerity.

1. Applicable Condition

  • Different from what you ordered.
  • Condition of items is obviously different from item description.
  • Damage or defective by accident during shipping.
  • Brand items which are evaluated as fake at its directly managed store.
■Return handling time・Refund

We will cancel and process refund within 4 business days after receiving and confirming the items.
For credit card payment, we will cancel settlement process, and
for Cash on delivery・Prepayment, we will transfer the amount to the customers designeted bank account.

■Attention to the return
  • For the return, since these are used items and some are "only 1" items, there are some cases we can't exchange.
    In that case, we just process refund.
    (If it's new or we have stock, we will exchange)
  • We can't be responsible for the return of the item which was evaluated by
    somewhere other than directly managed store of the Brand (like yourself, pawn shop) or after reselling to the others.
  • We don't owe the payment you made for repair on the item (like replacing batteries, replaceent parts, etc.).
  • For the set item, please return as entire set. Not only the single item.

About the receipt

Please use the credit card statement and also the Purchase statement which is enclosed with the item.

<For Cash on delivery>

Please use Cash on delivery receipt which delivery company issues.

About Shipping

∇Delivery company

Japan Mail (Yu-Pack)
※For the expensive item over 300,000 yen or the item in specific genre, sometimes we use Sagawa Express.
※You can't designate delivery company.

∇The timing for the dispatch

If there is no particular delivery date, basically we ship out within 3 business day after the completion of order.
If you don't receive the notice of dispatch 4 business days after the completion of the order, sorry for this inconvenience, but please let us know.
If it's Prepayment, we ship out within 3 business day after confirming the deposit.

If there is no particular delivery date, for Credit card, Cash on delivery, we dispatch within 3 business day after confirming the order,
and for Prepayment, we dispatch within 3 business day after confirming the deposit.

※How long it takes for delivery is up to the delivery address.
※For the delivery status, we send "Baggage slip number" by email at the time of completion of dispatch, so please check that at "Postal Tracking Service"
※Because of bad weather or disaster, or influx of orders by sale, there could be delay on delivery.

∇About designating delivery date and time

∇Shipping rate (Japan domestic)

Flat rate: 630 YEN

Item without shipping fee: Shipping fee is not included in the item price, and is not set up individually at item page.
Item including shipping fee: Shipping fee is included in the item price. This includes the items which shipping fee is set up individually at item page.

Discount on purchasing expensive items Per 1 destination, if you order total of 11,000 YEN (including tax) or more, shipping fee will be 0 YEN.
In case of buying in bulk Per 1 destination, when you order the items without shipping fee in bulk, we will charge only 1 flat rate.
When you order both item without shipping and item including shipping, please refer to "In case of item including shipping" below.
In case of item including shipping fee Per 1 destination, when you order both item without shipping fee and item including shipping fee, shipping fee will be same as above "In case of buying in bulk".
If there is an item which its shipping fee is set up individually, then shipping fee will be
above flat rate shippimg fee + individual shipping fee x quantity.
Sales tax on shipping fee This rate includes sales tax.
In case of remote islands orothers There is no additional shipping fee even the remote island・certain area.

∇About International shipment

We will ship by EMS or DHL to the countries except Japan.
Shipping fee is paid by customer.
Shipping fee is flat rate by each area.
 
 ∇Note 1: Import tax
For the Customs clearance for the items of international shipping from Japan, you may be subject to the additional import duties and taxes.
This additional cost must be for customers to bear. Therefore, in this case, please pay directly to the shipper or the customs at the time of receipt of the items.
Because the policy of import tax is different by each countries, please contact your country of residence for more information on Customs.
 
 ∇Note 2: Storage period
If the items is not taken within 30 days, it will be returned to Japan. If it's returned to the store, we will charge the generated delivery fee.
Please contact your local post office and pick up the items as soon as possible.
(Long term absence of consignee, unknown address because of moving, etc.)

About warranty on watches

∇About warranty on repair

Subject to the items which has description of [With repair guarantee] on the page of booklet
We will fix for free when the same part gets defective again under the normal use within a year from the last repair.
However, if warranty period is expired or cause of defects are as follows, we consider it as out of warranty.

    • Defect or water damage by mishandling or improper use
    • Defect by disaster like fire, flood, earthquake
    • Wear on appearance by daily use (scratches on case, glass, band, broken, lost, etc.)
    • Maintenance done by non-partner venders
    • Exterior repair・Parts repair
    • In case of losing Repair statement/warranty (please keep those for 1 year)

          ※Regarding shipping charges when you are sending your watch under warranty for repair
          ・Shipping within Japan: Both shipping fee for battery replacement is on shops.
        ・Shipping from overseas: Both shipping fee for battery replacement is on customers.

    ∇About warranty on Battery replacement・Waterproof

      • For the battery replacement, there is no warranty
        Within 3 months after replacing battery, if there is any defect of delay or stop, it might need the overhaul.
        Please let us know if you need.
      • For the waterproof testing, we check if waterproof is functioning or not.
        During the daily usage, waterproof performance has gone down by the wear or deterioration.
        We recommend the regular maintenance for keeping the waterproof performance.

          ※Both shipping fee for battery replacement is on customers.
